What was the highlight of The Dukes Retreat
We loved our stay... Housekeeping girl Sapna Shanu and Priya made the stay more beautiful....
Breakfast would have been better... Coz prep was taking time for repeat orders... Buffet would have been better option....
High tea would have been better... Variety was less....

The breakfast spread was amazing and need to mention that we enjoyed it thoroughly. The dinner buffet was okay and expensive.
The room amenities need to be upgraded. Also, the elevator did not go to the 1st floor (ground floor). This was very inconvenient and very unlike a good hotel. There was no information provided for the same. We went down to the ground floor in the lift and the doors did not open. We were a little shaken up but then pressed the 2nd floor and we went up. Had to take stairs to go down to the ground / first floor. When we informed the staff, they were very casual about it, as if we are supposed to know it upfront without any information provided.
